Our sandwiches and baguettes are made throughout the day, one by one and even though we serve over ten thousand meals a week we will not employ mass production techniques.
All of our sandwiches are triple deep filled which means you will never be left with an empty feeling in the afternoon. We make all our own fillings - we control our products. We use only prime chicken breast, no leg or brown meat. As you would expect our tuna is dolphin friendly and we poach fresh salmon in our kitchen daily. Our pasta salads are all handmade using fresh pasta, not the cheaper dried variety. We even wash our lettuce and salads in a special salad wash.
Our coffee is made from the finest beans. Our machine grinds the beans to order to make the coffee have the fresh taste. We do not use the quicker (and cheaper) reservoir machines. Our coffee menu is constantly changing to keep it interesting – So why not try something different and have one of our famous flavoured lattes.
As well as the familiar faces and tastes you will find that Bon-Viveur have a range of freshly pressed juices such as elderflower and lemongrass, pressed smoothies and real “health juices”. We firmly believe you will want to come back for more once you have tried one of our drinks.
Cakes & Patisseries
Our cakes are made to our own specifications and are absolutely fresh. You will also find a range of yoghurts, fresh fruit, flapjacks and muffins. Because we are committed to keeping our food fresh and exciting and are not afraid of trying something new and different - our menu changes daily.
